Tribal PD investigates death on Bug Hill

Mille Lacs Band Tribal Police Department is investigating a suspicious death that was reported at home on the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe reservation on the evening of March 2.

Tribal PD responded to a call of an unknown male who appeared to be unconscious in a parked car on Ookwemin Loop in the Bug Hill area at about 7 p.m. Monday evening. When medical personnel arrived on the scene, they determined that the individual in the car had died.
