Lilliana Rose Simmons, of Saint Paul, Minnesota passed away on Thursday, February 26, 2015 at Regions Hospital in Saint Paul, Minnesota.

Survived by parents Jeremy Simmons and Wendy Earth; Brothers: Jayden Simmons and Trevor Brysiak; Sister: Jamiyah Simmons.

Lilliana is preceded in death by her brother Jorden Thomas Simmons.

Funeral Services for Lilliana Rose Simmons will be held on Friday, March 6th 2015 at 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon at the Department of Indian Works (Shiela WhiteEagle Hall) Lower Level of the building, in St. Paul

Interment will follow 3:00 P.M. Friday, March 6th, 2015 at the Beduasky Family Cemetery in Onamia, Minnesota.
