Region 2 Arts Council invites you to join licensed, Minnesota-based, international arts and entertainment attorney Brian Lukasavitz for an evening workshop about Estate Planning and Licensing for Artists.

This workshop will highlight

• Wills

• Trusts

• Estate Planning

• Protecting and promoting an artist's work once the artist's career has ended

• Special considerations for copyright owners and creators of artistic content

• Key elements of licensing agreements

• Terms of Negotiation

• Royalties

• Reversion of Rights

Where: Rail River Folk School, 303 Rail Road Street SW, Bemidji

With an undergraduate degree in theatre and music and a law degree with an emphasis in entertainment and media law, Brian Lukasavitz works with artists and organizations to protect, serve and promote their creative projects.
