SAPHIRE BROWN TO PUT ON CONCERT FUNDRAISER

MINNEAPOLIS, MINN. (December 31,2014) - Singer songwriter SAPHIRE BROWN and friends will gather together for a concert fundraiser to support her upcoming EP release. The concert will feature The Ojibwe Outlaw comedian, Jon Roberts, singer-songwriter Courtney Guns, Timberland, a drum group from the Leech Lake Nation, Kingbird family dancers, singer Country Jim, singer Karleen Wilde and Stray Bullet Band are all slated to perform. The Bemidji Axemen football team and mascot Axel will also make an appearance at the event.

There will also be prize drawings and plenty of fun and games for the entire family. In addition to performing, Country Jim will also serve as MC of the event.

The concert fundraiser will be held Saturday, January 10, from 5-8 P.M. at the Bemidji Boys & Girls Club. All proceeds will benefit the cost of recording and producing Saphire's upcoming EP COURAGE and operational costs for Saphire's Courage.

Admission for adults is just $10 and $5 for children which includes an Indian Taco, beverage, dessert and a chance to win several prizes such as tickets to Moondance Jam and Country music festivals, Axemen tickets, a flat screen TV and more!
