Clarence Douglas 'Chuck', Kiizhiibaa Binas Kelly

KELLY, Clarence Douglas 'Chuck', Kiizhiibaa Binas - Was born on September 11, 1971 in Emo, Ontario to Lucille and Douglas Kelly and raised on Ojibways of Onigaming First Nation, Pizhew Ndotem passed away on November 11, 2014.

Chuck's love for powwows, singing and making powwow songs was known and felt by many people. He showed it in his travels to powwows, his community, his friends and loved ones. Chuck also enjoyed fishing, nature, and laughing and joking with his friends and family. Chuck was a proud member of the Whitefish Bay Singers and well known in the powwow community.

He is survived by his wife Priscilla, children Eric, Lorralene, Xylon, step children Rheannon, Elvin, Kelvin, Lee and his grandchild Jayvier, mother Lucille and Bryan, sister Cheryl (Brian), nephews Fabian (Stacy), Sylver, Landon, Brett, Zander, nieces Taylor (David), Shayne, Hannah, aunts, uncles, cousins and the Whitefish Bay Singers. He was predeceased by his father Douglas Kelly, sisters Yvonne, Marilyn and son Clarence Douglas Jr. 'Ceejay' Kelly. Pallbearers will be Tommy White Jr., Travis White, Moddy Kelly, Thomas Copenace, Ryan White, Randy White, Ricky White, Charlie Kelly, Joe Jack, Brennen Wapioke and Gary Smith. Honourary pallbearers are all of Chuck's Powwow family.

Traditonal wake will be on Saturday, November 15, 2014 at 11:00 am. Traditional Funeral Ceremony will take place on November 16, 2014 at 11:00 am at the Onigaming Gymnasium. Traditional funeral ceremony conducted by our special friend Elder Clifford Skead.
