Red Lake Reservation Housing Authority Red Lake #12

Contractors are invited to submit sealed bids for the construction of Red Lake #12 Housing project- Bid packages 2-19 to the Owner in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by Travois.

Mandatory Pre-Bid: There will be a Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting held at the Little Rock Round House on November 19, 2014 at 10:30 A.M

Bid Time: 2:00 P.M.

Sealed bids in duplicate including Bid Security and form 5369-A HUD will be received by the Red Lake Housing Authority, Red Lake #12 at Little Rock Round House in Little Rock, MN on December 10, 2014 at 10:00 A.M they will be opened and read publicly. Bids received after this time will be returned unopened. Faxed proposals will not be accepted.

Rehabilitation of 39 units complete demo and rebuild.

Project Start:

Project will begin March 15, 2015 and must be completed by June 16, 2016.

Given the magnitude of this project and the critical need for the work to progress as scheduled by the Construction Manager, contracts will be awarded upon consideration of the proposed cost and each Proposer's ability to successfully provide the required manpower and maintain construction schedule.

All bids on the project will be subject to Indian Preference and Indian Housing, TERO, HUD Regulations in 24 CFR, Part 905.204 and the requirements of 7 (b) of the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act (25 U.S. C. 450 e (b). The HUD document #5369, "Instruction to Bidders" and HUD document #5369-A "Representations Certification, and Other Statements of Bidders" Shall be a part of the bid.

The right to reserve to reject any or all bids or parts of bids and to waive informalities therein, and to award the contract to other than the lowest bidder if in their discretion the interest of the Owner will best be served thereby.
