Region 2 Arts Council Sponsors Breaking the Rules with Watercolors & Acrylics

Come join the White Birch Artists and learn unique and simplified processes for painting with watercolors and acrylics with well-known Tulsa, Oklahoma artist Gil Adams. Both beginning and experienced artists will enjoy this workshop. Participants are expected to supply their own materials, such as paint, paper, and brushes. Make checks payable to Region 2 Arts Council and mail or deliver payments to 426 Bemidji Avenue N., Bemidji, MN 56601 in the lower level of the old Carnegie Library Building. Please note that there will be no refunds unless the workshop is cancelled.
