The Family Homelessness Prevention and Assistance Program seeking interested and qualified organizations

c (FHPAP) serving households in Beltrami and Cass counties is seeking interested and qualified organizations to submit a Letter of Intent to apply for funding.

FHPAP funding is used to assist families with children, youth, and single adults who are homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness.

Organizations must be a public agency or 501(c)3 non-profit to qualify, and must serve households in Beltrami or Cass counties. Please include your service area, target population, type of client services provided, and contact name(s) for your organization related to the FHPAP application.

This funding also requires use of the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS). Please include your familiarity with HMIS in your letter. The Letter of Intent is a necessary first step for consideration of FHPAP funding. Funds are ultimately determined by Minnesota Housing.
