He was born on December 15th, 1962 in Albany, Oregon the son of Travis Eugene & Winifred (Blacksmith) Scarborough.

Troy was formerly employed as a carpenter.

He enjoyed playing his guitar, listening to music and watching movies.

Survived by his wife: Beatrice F. Scarborough; daughters and sons: Cassy, Ronald, Celeste, Troy Ray and Mariah; nine grandchildren; a sister: Angie Scarborough; other relatives and friends.

Preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
