Ojibwe Language and Culture Camp held in Ponemah

The Ojibwe Language and Culture Camp finished it's 3rd and final day on Thursday, August 7, 2014, at their main location, the Ponemah Round House in Ponemah, Minnesota.

Since Tuesday, from 9 AM - 6 PM, the camp was open to all kids ages 6-18 and featured an array of Ojibwe activities, including Canoeing, Lacrosse, Ojibwe Bingo, Moccasin Games, Plant Identification, Tobacco Pouch Making, Traditional Anishinaabe Teachings and more.

The Camp was sponsored and hosted by Red Lake Chemical Health, Economic Development and Planning and the Red Lake Boys and Girls Club.
