A day program for elders! Monday through Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

15546 State 371 NW Cass Lake, MN 56633

Services provided include:

Daily activities, games, recreation, socialize

Health monitoring, vital signs

Assistance with activities of daily living (ADL's)

Medication administration as prescribed

Lunch and snacks

A home-like atmosphere

Flexible hours and much more!

You may be eligible if:

*65 years and older

*Need help with ADL's
