F&B RESTAURANT CASHIER

RATE OF PAY: According to pay scale

LOCATION: Seven Clans Casinos –Warroad, MN

OPENS: July 29 2014

CLOSES: Until filled

POSITION OBJECTIVES:

Under the direct supervision of the prevailing Restaurant Supervisor, is responsible to ensure exemplary customer service is provided to guests of Seven Clans Casinos.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Provides friendly, quality customer service in a timely fashion to all guests.

 Responsible to ensure timely service is provided to all guests. Acknowledges and responds to guests immediately.

 Greets all guests in a friendly and professional manner.

 Reviews guest check and double checks for accuracy.

 Operates cash register in accordance to approved policies and procedures.

 Ensures all transactions are recorded properly.

 Responsible to receive payments and ensure proper cash handling techniques are followed at all times.

 Checks with guests to see if order is/was satisfactory or if any other items are requested. Promptly notifies supervisor of any complaints or problems.

 Assists guests with routine questions, contacts appropriate staff member with any questions that cannot be answered.

 Assists Servers and Bus Personnel as required.

 May assists kitchen personnel in food preparation if needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

It is required a F&B Restaurant Cashier have at least a High School Diploma or equivalency
