Please submit bid form showing your highest price for the purchase of the material listed below. Return this copy to us properly filled out stating your bid price.

The Red Lake Housing Authority makes no warranty as to the fitness or condition of said items and the purchaser bidding must agree to purchase said items as-is, where-is, and in compliance with all terms and conditions stated in the bid.

The Red Lake Housing Authority reserves the right to accept or reject all bids, to waive any defects or technicalities in bidding, and to determine whether a bid is responsive or non-responsive.

It is agreed that the highest bidder shall receive the award and it shall be paid by certified check, cashier's check, or money order, and to be submitted at the time of the award and made payable to: Red Lake Housing Authority. No cash or personal checks will be accepted.

Bid is made on the basis of the bidder's personal inspection of the below listed item(s) and his/her knowledge of all conditions.

Sealed Bids must be received no later than 1:00 P.M. August 1, 2014 at the Red Lake Housing Authority at which time they will be publicly read.

Minimum Bid of: $100.00

Awarded Bidder assumes liability for the property and responsibility to remove item within seven days.
