SNACK BAR ATTENDANT

POSITION OBJECTIVES:

Under the direct supervision of the prevailing Snack Bar Manager, is responsible to ensure exemplary customer service is provided to guests of Seven Clans Casinos.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Responsible for opening and/or closing the Snack Bar in accordance with operating procedures, safety and sanitation regulations and cash control policies and procedures.

 Greets guests as assigned to their station by welcoming them, introducing him/her by name, presents menus, and takes initial drink orders.

 Explains daily specials, takes guests' menu orders.

 Prepares dishes up and serves food and beverage menu items offered at the snack bar according to established recipes and procedures.

 Requires knowledge, skills, and experience in accurately handling various forms of cash transactions, decision-making, problem solving, complaint resolution, and customer service.

 Follows all operating procedures, safety and sanitation regulations and departmental policies and procedures.

 Ensures appearance of Snack Bar and work areas are maintained in a clean and functional manner.

 Notifies appropriate staff members when assistance is needed.

 Efficiently handles and solves any concerns and questions guests may have.

 Thanks the guests for their patronage and asks them to return soon.

 Ensures all assigned side work is completed prior to the end of each shift.

 Reports to work, takes authorized breaks, and completes shift as scheduled. Notifies supervisor in accordance with procedures when unable to do so.

 Uses equipment and supplies as required to ensure standards are maintained in a safe manner.

 Ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, laws, internal policies/procedures, and internal control protocols.

 Performs other related duties as may be assigned by reporting senior.

 Provides friendly, quality customer service in a timely fashion to all guests.



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

It is required a F&B Snack Bar Attendant have at least a High School Diploma or GED
