F&B INVENTORY CONTROL CLERK
POSITION OBJECTIVES:
Under the general supervision of the Food & Beverage Manager is responsible to oversee assigned inventory areas for Seven Clans Casinos.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Oversees and ensures compliance with approved procedures by reviewing and verify all requisitions, purchase orders, and receipts.
 Ensures adequate inventory is maintained to meet business needs and quality standards.
 Ensures that item numbers and date on product are recorded and placed into storage ensuring that First In First Out.
 Verifies accuracy of par levels through inspections, computer records, audit counts, researching history, and makes recommendations for adjustments.
 Assists with inspections and cleaning of food & beverage locations, including kitchens.
 Performs necessary procedures to eliminate damaged, outdated and overstocked items.
 Ensures neat and orderly files are maintained for requisitions, spot checks, purchase orders, memos, and personnel files.
 Provides prompt courteous customer service by listening to and answering a variety of questions and comments and routing to the appropriate personnel.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
 It is required the Food & Beverage Inventory Control have at least a two-year vocational degree or High School diploma or GED.
