EXECUTIVE HOST

SCOPE OF POSITION:

Under the general direction of the Marketing Manager the Executive Host is responsible for providing high quality guest service to highly valued casino players, promote and manage the rated play and frequency of premium players for Seven Clans Casinos.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Responsible for managing and increasing rate play for premium hosted players on slots and table games.

• Communicate with premium players through external and internal channels, i.e. tele- marketing, letter writing and emails about available services, promotional opportunities and special events.

• Welcome new premium players into the casino, sign up for Players Club card and encourage rated play as well as repeat visits.

• Coordinate activities and events for premium players to include coordinating invitations, qualifications and event details related to slot, table games and marketing promotions and events as needed.

• Attend premium players parties and attend to players needs and requests.

• Complete required analysis on assigned player activity.

• Oversee reporting requirements for casino hosts and prepare department reports to evaluate effectiveness.

• Assist and advise other departments to assure the success of VIP events and promotions.

• Attend marketing and player development planning sessions when scheduled and provide input and propose improvements to event development and VIP marketing.

• Act as a resource for to guests and casino departments, by maintaining a working knowledge of the Casino's facilities and special events.

• Resolve guest complaints, referring to the appropriate supervisor or manager when necessary.

• Promote the success of the players club, by explaining this marketing tool to guests, issuing membership cards and demonstrating the various methods of use.

• Maintain a clean, safe , hazard free work environment with area of responsibility.

• Ensures compliance with applicable regulations, laws, internal policies/procedures, and internal control protocol.

• Available and willing to work any hours deemed necessary based on business levels.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or equivalent, minimum of 3 years in guest service-related field in a casino environment with supervisory/management experience preferred.
