OUTREACH AND ENROLLMENT EVENTS IN MARCH - DATA REQUEST AND MARCH 24 NATIONAL ACA TRIBAL DAY OF ACTION

Jan Thunder and Alfreda Sayers will be set up in the Red Lake Hospital Lobby on Monday, March 24, 2014 with information on how to apply for MNSure and have applications available to complete.

They will be at the Red Lake Tribal College on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at noon.

Open enrollment closes March 31, 2014 and it is important to provide patient outreach during this critical time.

For individuals who do not already have qualifying health coverage, it is important to make sure you understand all of your options. Even though patients can qualify for an exemption as members of Tribes, it is still important that all IHS eligible patients understand what benefits may be available to them as soon as possible.

It is every IHS employee's job to make sure they can answer questions, or refer patients to someone who knows the answer.
