Mary Louise Bohn

Mary Louise Bohn, age 76, of Red Lake, Minnesota Journeyed to the Spirit World on Wednesday, February 12, 2014 at McIntosh Manor in McIntosh, Minnesota.

She was born on October 4, 1936 in Ponemah, Minnesota the daughter of Gilbert and Mary H. (Sayers) Hardy.

Mary was formerly employed logging for Knute Olson, she also worked for Paquin Potato Farms in Mentor, Minnesota and Hankslaben Potato Farms of East Grand Forks and had several housekeeping jobs.

She enjoyed visiting with family, friends and grandchildren. Mary also enjoyed cooking and making fried bread.

Survived by her five sons: Donald Bohn of Mentor, Minnesota, Randy Bohn Sr. of Red Lake, Minensota Daryl (Amber) Bohn of Wilton, Minnesota, Brian Bohn of Perham, Minnesota and Dale (Michelle) Bohn of Cass Lake, Minnesota; nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; former husband: Peter Bohn; special family friend: Bobby Richardson; other relatives and friends.

Preceded in death by her father: Gilbert Hardy, her mother: Mary H. (Sayers) Hardy, sisters: Clara (Hardy) Saunders and Ella (Hardy) Amberson, brothers: Fred Hardy, Rod Hardy and Richard Hardy, special daughter-in-law: Candy

Strand, special grandson: Justin Pierce and granddaughter: Bobbi Jo Bohn.

Funeral services for Mary Bohn will be held on Wednesday, February 19th, 2014 at 10:00 A.M. at The Boys and Girls Club in Ponemah, Minnesota.

Interment will follow at Maquambay family burial grounds in Ponemah, Minnesota.

All night wakes will be held on Monday, February 17th and Tuesday, February 18th beginning at 5:00 P.M. at The Boys and Girls Club in Ponemah, Minnesota.

Honorary Casket Bearers will be Emma Laduke, Lavina Laduke, Debbie Saunders, Karen Saunders, Barb Saunders, Amber Bohn and Pam Erickson.

Casket Bearers will be Bezhiganakwad Hardy, Tom Ravensborg, Mike Ostland, Michael Bohn, Bob Saunders Jr., Randy Bohn Jr., Virgil Beanais, Aaron Bohn, Clint Amberson, Albin Amberson Jr., and Henry Rushman Jr.
