Barbara Ann Saice

Barbara Ann Day Saice (Niiyo gabow ikwe – Four Standing Women), 71 of Bemidji died Monday, April 8, 2013 at Sanford Fargo Medical Center.

Funeral Services will be at 10:30 am Monday, April 15, 2013 at St. Philip’s Catholic Church in Bemidji with Fr. Don Braukmann officiating. Visitation will be from 5-8 pm with a 6:00 pm prayer service on Sunday, April 14, 2013 at the Cease Family Funeral Home of Bemidji and one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be at the Holy Cross Cemetery in Bemidji, MN.

She is survived by her son: Donald (Julie) Saice, Jr. 7 brothers: Ralph (Ester) Day Paul (Betty) Day John “JD” (Monica) Day Dr. Donald (Priscilla) Day Steven (Tammy) Day Raymond (Ernestine) Day Larry (Gloria) Day 4 sisters: Donna Morgan Clarice White Sue Jones Doris (Delmar) Jones 4 grandchildren: John, Shauntel, Matthew and Angela 5 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews

She was preceded in death by her husband, sons Sean (Tracy) and John Saice and brothers Richard and Ronald Day.

Honorary Casketbearers will be her co-workers and clients, 7 sisters-in-law, sewing circle at the ENP and the 20/20 staff.

Active Casketbearers will be John Saice, Matthew Saice, Christopher Day, Russell White, LeRoy Brunette, Delmar Jones III, Gary Hanson and Bill Butcher.
