Region 2 Arts Council Sponsors Northern Artist Association Workshop, Painting Nature with Scott Fadness

Participants will learn how to compose a 16” x 20” acrylic painting including lessons in composition, layout, preliminary chalk drawing of the subject and acrylic painting techniques with local artist Scott Fadness. The workshop will be held December 5th and 6th from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Beltrami Electric Community Room on 411 Technology Drive NW in Bemidji, MN. There will be breaks throughout the day and a one-hour lunch break. Participants are welcome to bring their lunch or drive into town to buy their lunch.

The registration deadline is Friday November 30th, 2012. To register, send a check in the amount of $50.00, made payable to the Region 2 Arts Council, to 426 Bemidji Avenue, Bemidji, MN 56601 or drop off your check at our office or at Gallery North located at 502 3rd St. in Bemidji.
