Fire deaths have increased 30 percent in Minnesota so far this year to 56, and officials are worried about the historically dangerous holiday season. PAUL – Minnesota’s overall unemployment rate fell to 3.1 percent in November, the lowest level since July 2000, according to seasonally adjusted figures released today by the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED).
