BEMIDJI, Minn. -- The Red Lake Band of Ojibwe in northern Minnesota will receive more than $21 million in loans from the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Rural Development Program. BEMIDJI – The two men accused of robbing a Kelliher bank have been charged for their alleged crimes. Cody Lowell Troy, 19, of Mizpah, is charged with felony first-degree aggravated robbery.
