RED LAKE - The Red Lake Warriors hosted the Blackduck Drakes on Friday, December 1, 2017, with the Drakes striking first and never losing their lead. Although the Warriors kept pace throughout the game, they couldn't pull it together enough to overcome Blackduck's defense and overtake them. A man who died Tuesday evening on the University of Minnesota campus has been identified as a 74-year-old professor. Barney Eugene Klamecki died shortly after 6 p.m. in the Mechanical Engineering Building, where his office is located, according to a news release issued Wednesday by the Hennepin County Medical Examiner.
