    The Red Lake Conservation Department has been receiving reports of shiners (hunters) shining their spotlights on homes in the Neptune area and on their property. It is against the law to do this. Hunters should NOT shine their spotlights on homes and property within a mile radius of someone's home. Conservation officers will be enforcing this law and violators could be charged with a crime.
