A Pep Rally kicked off the activities, followed by the crowing of this years King and Queen, and a football game between the Red Lake Warriors and Red Lake County Central.     RED LAKE -- A Red Lake woman has been sentenced to six years in federal prison for stabbing a man to death in 2013. According to a release from the U.S. Attorney's Office, Alison Ann Brown, 26, was convicted Oct. 8 in U.S. District Court on a manslaughter charge. Brown was sentenced to 78 months in prison for killing Byron Lussier Sr. in the kitchen of his home on July 4. Both Brown and Lussier were members of the Red Lake Band of Chippewa Indians.     GRAND RAPIDS -- A Cass Lake woman is facing felony drug charges in Itasca County after she was found to have methamphetamine and pharmaceuticals in her possession. Blair Marie Brown, 30, was found guilty of felony fifth-degree controlled substance possession by a jury in Itasca County District Court on Oct. 9 after a two-day trial, the Itasca County Attorney's Office said in a release.
