    BEMIDJI—Three men accused of breaking into a Bemidji mobile home, assaulting a man and stealing drugs and cash have all been charged with additional felonies. Joseph Devon Wood, 25, of Bemidji; Francisco Cecena, 22, of Bemidji and Tristian Lee Fox, 19, of Bagley, were all charged in March with one count of first-degree burglary.     The Minnesota Supreme Court on Wednesday reversed the impaired driving convictions of a woman who was found slumped over in her car on three occasions after allegedly inhaling from a can of dust remover.
