    It was a big night of volleyball on Monday, October 6, 2014 with the Red Lake Girls Volleyball Teams hosting Cass Lake in 4 games. Cass Lake swept all matches, the 6-7th Grade match, the 8th-9th Game, the Junior Varsity, with the Varsity games all going right down to the final firth game, 3-2. The Varsity saw Red Lake lose the first game, win the second, lost the third, win the fourth, and come up short in the final game of the set.     The Red Lake Nation held its 1st Annual Fall Fun Festival on Saturday afternoon, September 28, 2014, in Red Lake. This event featured basketball tournaments, skate board competitions, volleyball tournaments, a tug-of-war competition, potato dance, face painting, big foot races, musical chairms, cake walk, gunny sack races, a dunk tank, tricycle races and more. A feast also took place in the afternoon. It was well attended and a lot of fun for both kids and adults....
