    A 15-year-old Alexandria girl who disappeared a month ago was abducted before managing to escape her captors this week, according to authorities, who arrested three men suspected of kidnapping and sexually assaulting her.     The Senate Committee on Indian Affairs is getting back to work by taking another look at "high risk" programs that serve tribes and their citizens.
