    BEMIDJI -- A Redby man was convicted Tuesday in Beltrami County Court on felony charges for stabbing a man in May. Orland James Spears, 23, was sentenced to more than five years (69 months) in the Minnesota Correctional Facility in St. Cloud for first-degree burglary. He has been credited with 96 days time served and must pay a $50 fine. Spears was also sentenced consecutively to 21 months in prison for a second-degree assault charge.
