BEMIDJI -- The Beltrami County Highway Department will be replacing a culvert as part of the construction project taking place on the Scenic Highway Northeast,CSAH 39. This portion of CSAH 39 is already closed to through traffic, but the culvert replacement will result in total closure and motorists traveling in this area will have to find alternate routes or use the detour.
