    LITTLE ROCK - On Monday, July 25, 2016, Sam Strong reported his dog missing from his home in the Little Rock District. The dog's name was Ogema and he was offering a $500.00 reward for it's return. This afternoon on Facebook Strong thanked everyone who was helping in the search, stating they had found Ogema "shot and killed and rolled up in some old blankets, along with some of his shoes that were taken from his property" on the previous day. They had been dumped at the Little Rock Dumpsite....
