    RED LAKE—A methamphetamine possession charge was dismissed in county court against a Brooklyn Park, Minn., man caught with the drug in his possession in Red Lake in October, however, he will be charged. Michael Dukes was one of 41 people arrested in "Operation Exile," a multi-state drug bust, on May 28. On May 29, county level charges against Dukes were transferred to the federal level.     BEMIDJI—A Cass Lake man appeared in Beltrami County District Court on Monday facing two counts of criminal sexual conduct after he was accused in May of sexually assaulting an 8-year-old Bemidji girl. Kyle James Johnson, 29, was arrested May 22 after the girl told her mother and grandmother Johnson had molested her on several occasions in the past year, according to a statement of probable cause.
