    BEMIDJI -- The case against a Bemidji woman accused of burglary in September was dismissed last week after a judge found a lack of sufficient probable cause.     BEMIDJI -- In a reversal of its May decision, the city of Bemidji has opted to open both of its municipal liquor stores on Sundays, starting July 2.
