    THIEF RIVER FALLS, Minn. -- A man at the center of an hours-long standoff Thursday in Thief River Falls has turned himself in. Eric James Reinbold, 38, of Oklee, Minn., was arrested at the Pennington County Jail in Thief River Falls around 9 a.m. Saturday morning.
