    The Red Lake School Board is pleased to announce its selection of Melinda Crowley as Superintendent beginning July 1, 2017. Ms. Crowley will replace Dr. Anne Lundquist who resigned in February 2017 to accept an administrative position in Iowa. Dr. Lundquist has been Red Lake Schools Superintendent since July 2014.     BEMIDJI -- A Ponemah family is asking Bemidji residents to be on the lookout for their 15-year-old daughter, who they say left a Northwestern Minnesota Juvenile Center satellite home last week. Jade Starblanket Cloud left the home April 29, according to her father Chris Cloud. Cloud said he and the teen’s mother were informed of her disappearance on April 30, and that they contacted law enforcement to report her missing.
