    BEMIDJI -- The National Weather Service office in Grand Forks says the Bemidji area will be in an overnight wind chill advisory through 1 p.m. Tuesday, with wind chills of 30 below expected. The weather service office in Grand Forks issued the warning starting at 10 p.m. Monday for much of northwest Minnesota and northeast North Dakota.
