    FROM THE DNR REGARDING BURNING With the snow melting rapidly and especially predicted to do so this weekend burning permits are now required as follows: Burning permits are required effective today for South Beltrami, Polk, Clearwater, Mahnomen, and Hubbard this morning. Cass County has more snow than the counties farther west, so it will be left as “snow covered” for the weekend and will not require a permit.     MINNEAPOLIS — A Red Lake man was indicted Thursday for running a woman off a road with his vehicle in May of last year. Tony Lee Lussier, 30, is accused of using his van to force a vehicle driven by a woman off a road on the Red Lake Indian Reservation, according to a release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office. Lussier has been charged with one count of assault with a deadly weapon. If convicted, Lussier will face a maximum sentence of ten years in prison....
