    CASS LAKE -- Two new additions were committed to Cass Lake’s changing cityscape Monday morning as ground was broken for a new Tribal Justice Center and a new Leech Lake Care Facility. Members of the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe’s Tribal Council and Residential Business Committee picked up gilded shovels in less-than-ideal temperatures and dug into ceremonial dirt for the groundbreaking on Monday.
