SPOKANE, Wash. – A bill addressing Washington state’s teacher shortage was signed into law on Friday. The bill, sponsored by Spokane Valley Rep. Bob McCaslin, will expand opportunities for people to get their teaching certificates through nontraditional teacher prep program.
