A former St. Thomas Academy teacher has been charged on four counts after admitting in May that she smoked marijuana with students and bought them alcohol. PEMBROKE — A continuing resolution that will allow tribal operations to continue until the end of December was approved Thursday by the Tribal Council. The continuing resolution was an amended version of the resolution voted on by council members during their Oct. 26 meeting.
