St. Paul police estimated 18,000 people marched to the state Capitol, but that figure did not include the people at the Capitol who did not march. PAUL – Minnesota’s unemployment rate fell 0.1 percent in February to a seasonally adjusted 3.2 percent, according to figures released today by the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED). The U.S. unemployment rate in February was 4.1 percent.
