    BEMIDJI -- The serious injury of an infant associated with labor or delivery in a low-risk pregnancy was one of three "adverse health events" that occurred at Sanford Bemidji Medical Center in 2014. The state Department of Health on Thursday released its annual Adverse Health Events in Minnesota report, which covers events that occurred from Oct. 7, 2013, to Oct. 6, 2014.
