PAUL -- The Live Free Without Violence flag has been raised across the state in honor of Joseph Kroll and Krista Fisherman, Minnesota's first known victims of intimate partner homicide in 2015, according to the Minnesota Coalition of Battered Women.     BEMIDJI -- A Bemidji man charged with felony assault for stabbing a man in September was sentenced in Beltrami County District Court to 18 months in prison. Jonathan Garrick Beaulieu, 19, was sentenced in Beltrami County District Court on Feb. 13. Beaulieu was arrested on a second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon charge on Sept. 20 after he allegedly stabbed the man.     BEMIDJI -- A Bemidji man who assaulted officers at the Beltrami County Jail in April was sentenced for felony assault in Beltrami County District Court.
