    The two teenage girls reported missing in Duluth have turned themselves in to the Minneapolis Police Department, the Duluth Police Department announced Wednesday. Duluth police said on Sunday that the girls, both 15 years old, were last seen in Canal Park and police were concerned about their welfare because they weren’t from the area.
