    BEMIDJI—BSU administrators are grappling with a multi-million dollar projected shortfall while they wait for concrete budget numbers from the state. University spokesperson Scott Faust said the school will not prepare its budget for the next fiscal year until the Minnesota Legislature finishes a state budget.
