    MINNEAPOLIS – A man who admitted to breaking an infant’s arm in late 2012 pleaded guilty to child endangerment in federal court Monday. In a release, the U.S. Attorney’s Office stated that Travis Aaron Rosebear, 21, threw the child down a hallway after becoming frustrated. Rosebear, whose last known place of residence is unknown, said the crime occurred between Dec. 31, 2012 and Jan. 3, 2013 at a home on the Red Lake Indian Reservation, according to the release.
