    RED LAKE -- A third day of searches showed no sign of two Red Lake fishermen who went missing Monday after their boat capsized on Lower Red Lake. Searchers spent most of the day Wednesday looking for Deland Beaulieu, 29, and a 17-year-old boy, who were on the Red Lake Fisheries boat when it flipped. Voters overwhelmingly voted down a $37.8 million referendum that would have built a new intermediate elementary school for grades 3-5 and renovate its current building for pre-k through second grade.
